Main uses: The dental arch splint is made of stainless steel and has certain rigidity. The arch splint is composed of a plate and a hook. The shape of the plate and the jaw is the same as that of the neck, and the angle of the hook is 30 degrees.

The working surface of the product should be smooth and round, without any defects such as edges, burrs and cracks; the maximum external surface roughness (Ra) is 0.8 micron and the maximum internal surface roughness is 1.6 micron; the surface hardness of dental arch splint HV120-200; under specified conditions, the dental arch splint should not appear discoloration and rust; the material of dental arch splint should conform to the requirements. 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel cold-rolled steel sheet and strip as specified in GB/T 3280-2015.

Usage method : The dental arch splint can be bent to the same arc as the local dental arch and placed in the predetermined position. It is closely connected with the denture and fixed, so that the denture can be arranged in the corresponding position according to the arc of the dental arch to determine the position of the denture. The hook of arch splint can be used as traction to establish correct occlusal relationship between upper and lower teeth.
