After got your order list we will make pi (including the good cost and shipment cost ) so we need the good model. Quantity and need your details address and phone number Goods will be prepared and sent after payment is received. Goods delivery details will also be informed accordingly.
2 What is the shipping term?
For parcels less than 50kg, express courier is more economic. We have big discount offer from FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS and AMAMEX.
for big parcels we can send it by air or by sea .
We can also send goods to your forwarder as you request.
We will try to find all the shipment way to send the good to your place.
3. What about the warranty period and after-sale service?
Dental equipment, like dental unit, autoclave, has one year warranty period. If you have problem in using, you can return to us by post. Or you can describe the problem details, we will ask technician to give you solution.
Free spare parts can be provided if necessary.
