Orthodontic Bracket
Orthodontic brackets are small orthodontic attachments (metal or ceramic) secured to a tooth for fastening an archwire. Each attachment is either soldered or welded to a previously placed band enclosing the tooth, or is bonded directly onto the tooth. It has roth, mbt, edgwise, 022/018, 3 with hook or 345 with hook or no hook, mesh base or monoblock base and other models. It has the ordinary metal bracket, ceramic bracket, sappire bracket and self-ligating bracket.
