assembly sequence:

1: Place the jaw on the table and roll the mask from the lower end of the jaw to the top.

2: aiming at the nose

3: Position the ear holes on both sides and place the mask around the jaws.

4: Make sure that the mask is completely wrapped around the articulator.

5: Observe the dental mold and confirm whether the mask is bilaterally symmetrical. If it is asymmetrical, gently adjust the mask while pulling it.

You can choose to use a mask with a drain and drain the water from the outlet during your internship. If you want to disable the mask drain, you can cancel the function by plugging the drain connector with the supplied plug.

Mounting the jaw on the head cover

1: Open the head cover and make sure the head is tightened by the small universal joint.

2: Insert the maxillary sheet metal positioning pin into the corresponding hole on the jaw frame.

3: Tighten the plum handle until the jaw is firmly secured.

4: Close the head cover.

Fix the advanced imitation head mold on the dental chair

1: Put the strap on the dental chair, pull the strap to the desired height, and adjust the position of the L-plate fixture.

* The positioning rope is the same length as the shoulder body (with the original head mold).

The picture of the positioning rope may not be the same as the actual one. Please refer to the actual product.

2: Pass the Velcro from behind the dental chair and then through the elongated hole. Hold one hand firmly against the fixture and the other hand to tighten the Velcro forward to hold the fixture against the back of the chair.

3: Stick the Velcro to each other and temporarily fix them.

4: After adjusting the position of the fixing device, stick the Velcro on the other side in the same way, and pay attention to this time.

* When fixing the Velcro, be sure to adjust the position of the fixture plate and not tilt it.

5: Pull the tempo that has been temporarily fixed temporarily to adjust the position and then tighten it again.

* Gently shake the fixing device. If the shaking is large, the Velcro is too loose. Please re-attach it once according to the above method.

6: The fixture board is installed.

7: Hold the head with one hand, hold the shoulder with one hand, and insert the fixing device positioning pin into the positioning pin hole in the lower part of the shoulder.

* If you can't insert it accurately, you can slide the bottom of the shoulder body on the fixture to find the position, or you can directly visualize it.

8: Tighten the plum handle.

9: Installation is complete
